Selling Your House in the Winter

If you decided to sell your house in the winter there are a few things to keep in mind:

• Make sure the walkway to your door is clear of snow so people can easily have access to your home.
• Make sure your house has great appeal, inside and outside.
• Make sure your house smells nice.
• Open the blinds to let in natural light and make your house look cozy and inviting.

My Books

I fixed my Frizzy Tizzy books and they look great :) if everything goes well they will be distributed at online retailers within six to eight weeks.  Keeping my fingers crossed!

Postal strike

I hope the postal strike gets resolved as I have a lot of flyers to mail.

Lots to do!

I received my business cards yesterday...yey! I have to get through some modules and prepare to go to some open houses tomorrow.

Sick little girl :(

It's Easter weekend and my little girl Haylee is sick with bronchitis and an ear infection...poor thing :( She's on antibiotics now, so hopefully she will start to feel better soon.

Under the weather

I feel yucky today :( I went to some open houses yesterday and it was cold outside, so I think I caught a cold...boo!
